Welcome! It is delightful that you are here. This page is intended to offer more information about Jenny’s writing skills, and below, her editing skills. There is also a glimpse of her character and her social media work, though do look further to other pages for more in-depth information.
Jenny is a masterful writer with an end-degree MFA. She’s a well-honed storyteller, researcher, and weaver of art into content. She specializes in these writing fields:
Medical, Science, History, Journalism, Creative, Content, Social, Script, Copywriting, and Screenwriting.
Jenny is currently the Senior Communications Specialist for the Division of Research and Economic Development at Boise State University. See Resume page for details.
Jenny's previous project was writing, editing, and project managing for Allucent. Before that, her project was writing content for Harvard Bioscience. She was requested for multiple contracts and completed each task with alacrity. She enjoyed the research, interviewing scientists, and being given the creative space to write using a cheeky voice with high-level science for scientists. Her two project supervisors offered rave reviews, and Jenny is happy to share them with you.
She can also write simply, converting complicated science into digestible bits for those who need information but have difficulty translating complex materials into useful, life-changing instructions. She understands the click-brain distraction culture and can write to maintain focus. She loves and has been focusing her strengths on the medical field as of late, though she is happy to direct her creativity wherever it is needed.
Jenny loves the mechanics of writing, especially for those who appreciate the craft and understand that thinking, planning, organizing, and structuring are all part of the process. She believes that careful crafting makes writing exceptional and enduring.

Editing Bio
Jenny is a masterful editor. You’ve been working hard on your project. It doesn’t matter if you are an expert in the writing field, or if you are a novice, once you reach the final stages, your eyes cannot see what needs to be seen on the page anymore. Many consider Jenny to be their confidant and guide to scouring the work they've poured themselves into for some time.
To those seeking creative help: She understands the process of fiction from her English undergrad to her Master’s in Creative Writing degree, where she earned the valedictorian award in screenwriting. She has written stories at every level, from polished and published to bottom-drawer pages waiting for the right pick-me-up.
Jenny’s English/Linguistics bachelor’s degree gave her a firm foundation in grammar and style. She was an adjunct professor of psycholinguistics, a field where cognitive science meets language, so she utilizes word collocations and cognitive processing when looking closely at the page.
Jenny can edit a variety of work: medical, magazine articles, screenplays, novels in any genre, television, film, and more. Jenny taught English as a second language for many years, so if you need help polishing a translation into English, with vast language experience, she can do that too.
Jenny grew to become the managing editor for a print and online magazine, so her eyes are experienced in smoothing, cleaning, and polishing details of others’ important work. You can trust her with yours.
